The location and price were great, and the staff was friendly. The single room was cosy and had a good shower and TV. The hosts, Michael and Inge, were helpful. The homemade German bread and breakfast choices were delicious. The bedroom was comfortable with elegant architecture.
Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently had a great stay at a B&B near the coast. The location was convenient, with easy access from the train station. The owners were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information and allowing early check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, catering to different dietary preferences. Additionally, there were plenty of amenities nearby, such as shops and attractions, making it an ideal place to explore.
The early morning noise from seagulls was a bit bothersome at times.

Great B&B with friendly owners who go above and beyond. Immaculate room with thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and biscuits. the room was always warm even on chilly days. the hosts made us feel welcome and were happy to chat with us throughout the day. the breakfast was excellent and included delicious German sausages and homemade bread. the location is just a few yards from the seafront, which was perfect.
The room we stayed in was quite dirty, with mold on the shower walls and dust and dirt on the floor. Some surfaces were also dusty.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with a clean room equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to public transportation, the pier, and shops. The staff, especially Raj and Milan, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.
The only thing that could make the breakfast experience even better would be more variety in the menu options.

We especially enjoyed the delicious and filling breakfasts served hot and fresh every morning. the service was top-notch, with the owners providing helpful recommendations and information about the surrounding area.
One small hiccup was that there seemed to be an issue with the TV signal and the TV itself, but the staff quickly arranged for a repairman to fix it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The location of the hotel was excellent, with bars, the beach, and Paignton Zoo all within easy reach. The clean and tidy rooms had all the necessary amenities, including tea/coffee-making facilities. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Parking was available nearby, although at an additional cost. The overall stay at this home away from home was pleasant and enjoyable.
The bathroom was a little cramped, making it difficult to maneuver comfortably.
